Ryan Fast received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management with a minor in business from South Dakota State University in 2011.  After college, Ryan was recruited by a local industrial construction company in St. James, Minnesota where he worked as an Assistant Project Manager and Estimator.

 

Ryan gained experience working in various food processing plants locally and nationally. He also gained knowledge of the demanding quality and schedule requirements of the food industry.

 

These projects added to his previous construction experiences in the field where he operated heavy equipment, installed concrete, insulated metal panels, doors and hardware, structural steel, etc.

 

Ryan also worked at Winfield United (Land O’Lakes subsidiary) as a Terminal/Plant Manager. He provided cooperative partners and owners a competitive and reliable supply of crop nutrients. Duties included executing safety audits, inventory control, managing P&L, coordinating equipment repairs, invoicing, and supervising day-to-day operations.

 

As CSC Group continued to expand and grow, Ryan’s education and intellect, work experience and character were a perfect fit. His combination of field experience, work ethic, and people skills make Ryan an effective and competent construction executive. Ryan resides in Windom, Minnesota.
