BACKGROUND
Brandon Bishop began his professional career in industrial maintenance with Tyson Foods, where he spent 10 years developing his technical foundation. Growing up in his family’s metal fabrication business, Brandon brought hands-on fabrication knowledge and practical problem-solving skills into his early career. During this time, he discovered a strong interest in controls and automation systems, which became a key focus of his professional development.
He later joined Cargill, where he spent 15 years in progressively responsible roles. Brandon served as Maintenance Manager for eight years, leading reliability, maintenance, and operational improvement initiatives. His leadership and operational expertise led to his appointment as General Manager of the Marshall, Missouri facility, where he oversaw plant operations and a workforce of approximately 800 employees for six years.
While Brandon valued the opportunity to lead a large team and manage complex operations, he sought new challenges that aligned with his passion for solving technical and operational problems. This led him to join CSC Group, where he continues to apply his experience in industrial systems, automation, and facility development.
Known for his curiosity and drive to continuously improve systems and operations, Brandon thrives in environments that require innovation, technical problem solving, and strategic leadership.
