With a tenured career with BlueScope, a multibillion-dollar international supplier of steel products and solutions for the building and construction markets, Josh earned progressive promotions resulting in multiple global leadership positions.

Most recently, he was selected to lead the engineering group at BlueScope Buildings North America (BBNA) - a critical path organization within the company.  In this interim role, he managed 450 engineers across twelve global locations including the US, India, Mexico and China.  Swiftly restructuring operations, he drove improvements in pre- and post-sales workflows, project management, communications and training to deliver significant efficiency gains.

As President of BlueScope Construction, Josh was challenged to renew and scale a longtime subsidiary.  Spearheading a major re-organization, he navigated the enterprise through operational and sales transformations to deliver dynamic revenue improvements while rebuilding the bottom line.  Earlier, Josh was the General Manager at BlueScope Conventional Steel Services.  Sought out to expand revenue in a new market, he quickly updated sales, marketing and business development strategies to fuel unparalleled growth.

Josh has a BS in Architectural Engineering from the University of Kansas and is a registered PE. He's completed multiple BlueScope executive leadership development courses and numerous sales training programs.
