Matt Gregory graduated from State Fair Community College with his degree in Welding Technology in 2014. While there, he gained knowledge in various forms of structural welding and holds a variety of welding certificates. 

 

Matt brings years of experience in leadership positions from a variety of jobs. He is skilled in problem solving, blueprint reading, and rigging. He shows these skills as he mentors and guides those around him.

 

Matt began his CSC career in 2017 building a food processing plant in Minnesota, a church addition; a 95 ft tall box storage building in Kansas; and a Cargill Pepperoni Plant in Tennessee.  Matt continues helping the team build various projects across Kansas and Missouri.  Matt and his wife, Hillary, reside in Warrensburg, Missouri with their children.
